I wish I did not have to give you a star at all! Oh my gosh! I cannot believe this company. I will definitely AVOID purchasing their products every chance I get! I am so mad at myself for forgetting to take a photo of the heater I bought from Best Buy that they manufactured. We used it one time and it melted itself! Very scary. What if it would have caught our house on fire or worse yet killed one of us!

I bought 2 in February. Hubby threw the boxes and receipt away not expecting to have to return them in March. One is still in the plastic wrap it came in, unused. After the one melted I went to return them to Best Buy and they would not let me return the one that melted bec it's a defect that I have to deal with manufacturer and the other missing box and receipt even though we showed them our credit card statement and they could see we only bought the 2 heaters.

We paid $175.18 for the 2 heaters aka $87.59 each. I sent the company a copy of my cc statement as proof (it's itemized). I returned letter as told with an explanation that I did not want a replacement like they wanted to do bec we are scared to use their product now. They sent me a check for $69.99. WOW! That's horrible service and I will make sure I tell everyone about their heater melting itself and being dangerous.

Do not contact me re this Yelp, Honeywell, unless you're ready to make this right and take this other one and give me ALL of my money back. I think you should recall this particular heater! I'm shocked you have absolutely no concern for this heater to be recalled.
