Everyone depends on this system functioning properly in the event of a fire, acting as an early warning system and enabling safe and timely evacuation. You have a legal obligation to ensure that this detection system is in good working order and adheres to current regulatory standards.
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires suitable provision of fire fighting equipment to be made available and routinely serviced and maintained. The correct use of fire extinguishers can help prevent a fire in its early stages propagating into a major fire which statistics prove many businesses fail to recover from.
Pyrotec Fire & Security delivers a range of testing and maintenance services providing assurance that automatic fire suppression systems continue to protect property and ensure worker safety. We ensure that systems are inspected, serviced and properly maintained annually to conform to BS 5306:2003 Part 3.

Terrible service, takes them hours to show up when called. On 2 ocassions alarms have been faulty and they have been called. Took over 3 hours to arrive. Still not fixed. Will not recommend. Dear James Thanks for your prompt online response. A shame actual responses are not as quick. I have been told by your out of office you open at 8.30 and hence expecting a call back. Alarm has been going off since 5am!only to be told your engineer is not picking upup. Not impressed
