I can't rate Chris Lewis Security high enough. They are professional, responsive and extremely helpful. Most recently their engineer Sam arrived for our annual maintenance visit and pointed out an issue we were totally unaware of. A quick call to the office and 2 days later they are back on site to rectify this issue for us. If you are looking for a professional, reliable service, that's great value for money you won't go wrong giving Chris Lewis a call.

Chris Lewis have just taken over management of our Intruder and Fire Alarm systems including alarm monitoring and maintenance, after continued disappointing performance for our previous contractor. Jamie and Tate arrived on time to undertake the on-site work, were well presented, thoroughly polite and professional throughout the day, and went considerably beyond their initial remit to resolve unforeseen issues.

This excellent performance was support by equally satisfactory communications with the Chris Lewis office when we first went seeking a new contractor, and the follow-up calls regarding visits, specifying the systems, etc. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and I would add that I have no personal or financial relationship with them - they are just b****y good!

Really impressive service from design and quotation through installation to the mainteneance and servicing. One of those satisfying relationships where you get exactly the service you need and things just work.

Staff were prompt, curious and very capable. Engineer explained in detail what he was doing and answered all questions politely and I have no problem in recommending him and the business to others. I can not comment on the technical capabilities other than to say the system is now working and we look forward to having the advantages of a video intercom and gate system going forward.

Donald the engineer arrived at precisely the arranged time; tested house and fire alarms and CCTV with no fuss at all. Extremely courteous. Admin was simple including me needing to move the appointment several times - very easy to deal with. Top class service!

We recently had security system installed in our new home - which was professionally installed vs DIY kit. Before we owned/moved into property we provided Chris Lewis with floor-plan and photos of our property, so they could easily provide install idea + quote. We were very happy with the quotation + assessment performed by Installation Consultant & Engineer.

On installation-day, Engineer arrived at time they said, and did second assessment to ensure he had all kit required to complete job + relevant cabling. System was installed with ease and commissioned brilliantly. On the final-day, Engineer cleaned up all packaging, leaving house as he found it.
