Ken was then selected for promotion to Mobile Supervisor, duties included but not limited to patrols of occupied and vacant properties, alarm responses, vehicle immobilisation, he then added Dog handling to his portfolio of skills and was involved in searching of premises and tracking suspects. After several years as a Mobile Supervisor, Ken was promoted to Deputy Operations Manager reporting directly to the board of Directors and responsible for 150 employees this included welfare, discipline and scheduling.

The CCTV training I received was clear, precise and thorough. The tutor was patient and did a fantastic job making sure we understood everything needed to get through the course. Extremely pleased with how it all went. This also stands for the Door Supervisor Top Up training which also included First Aid too. Thank you for having patience and being clear and thorough. James

Having completed two courses with SMSW team and organised numerous courses for other colleagues I can't thank the training team enough for their support. The CCTV course was very well organised. The content exactly as needed. The standard for passing is set by the awarding body, but the way the course is structured and delivered gives you the knowledge to pass.
I feel very comfortable moving forward with knowledge gained. The trainer Jamie is patient and explains every aspect in clear detail and any questions or confusion is cleared up quickly. All told excellent and I would highly recommend any course they offer.

If your looking to to waste your money for an up skilling course this is the place to be You will be discriminated against people with learning difficulties and offered no guidance or support from the instructors please don't set yourself up people for a bad experience an easy way to lose your money by using this poor provider wouldn't recommend this company period!
