Simon was very professional, courteous and thorough especially as I had not serviced my alarm in the 8 years I have lived at the property. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely book Mayday Alarms for a service next year & in the future. Thank you! UPDATE: January 2021. Alarm not working so emailed Simon. He rang within 5 minutes despite it being the weekend and sorted the problem over the phone in under 2 minutes. Thank you!

Mayday Alarms provided great advice for the issues I was having with my home alarm system. Their service was brilliant, professional and resolved all problems during the call out. Simon came out to my property which we had recently purchased. As the original installer some years earlier, he provided me with a history of the alarm system installed, and the functions of the system. He was able to provide me with a new sounder, check the condition of the battery as well as change the alarm code. Also during the appointment we identified a further (minor) fault which he was more than accommodating in rectifying, whilst throwing out his schedule for the remainder of the day. Polite and professional. Definitely someone I will recommend to others. Thanks again

Called this company and they completed the work I required in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Very aware of the current requirements due to Covid issues and I couldn't be happier with both the work and the price of the work completed. Very friendly staff both on the phone and in my house. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mayday Alarms did an excellent job of upgrading an existing, broken system. Simon informed me of all my options before I chose the most suitable system for my needs (including it being pet proof). They were able to be flexible as I worked full time and the quote I received was far less then other companies who said the old alarm was no use at all. I'd highly recommend this company

We've been a Mayday Alarms customer for over 10 years and remain loyal because Simon & Julie care about customer service. I've occasionally phoned or Emailed because of problems with the home alarm system; we always get a quick response and Simon will find time to pop round at short notice if needed. In a world of call centres it's great to have a local company who care.

Simon arrives promptly for appointments, he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient when explaining how the system is operated, or when describing how to apply changes to our system as our needs changed.
