I received a phone call from manager Anthony Richards. Who was very rude to me. I came for an interview once in May and he told me to fill in a application form, I did fill it in but a family member passed away so I couldn't really get it to him on time. I Emailed him last month if there was any Vacancies he said no. I applied for a job through indeed again.
I missed a call from Anthony Richards, I called back and he asked me my Name, I said my name and I also said he interviewed me a couple months back, he replied with "Ah I thought I recognised you're name, well that's a no go it's a no go bye now" I felt very offended and embarrassed tbh, luckily today I was offered a full time contract at my work place as they have recognised my hard work.
If AP have managers like this running security in such a beautiful place like Alexandra palace then they should re evaluate themselves as a company. It's shocking how Anthony's words have really affected me, The tone of his voice was very degrading and i felt like I was a nobody. I hope he learns some respect.

Such a great friendly team, they helped out on my ticket problems when trying to get into the venue, even provided support for my mother who was in a wheelchair who attended the event. they made sure that she was comfortable and she even got the best view in the house. at the end they also helped her get out of the venue without having to go the same way as the rest of the crowd.
