"He'll be over to you as soon as he can" said the Estate Agent. I had barely hung up the phone and he appeared. Just like magic. A bit spooky actually. Like he was waiting at the end of my road or something. It was so quick, I assumed he was someone who was lost and needed directions. But no, it was Dave, here to save the day. Having locked myself out the house, I was rather looking forward to a novelty wee in the back garden but alas, it was not to be. Dave skillfully gained entry to my home, changed the worn out part, which also somehow meant we didnt even need new keys. So, If you have a problem (with a lock), if no one else can help, and if you can find them.maybe you can hire The A-Team.

I mean, The 'Dave' Team, of course. Anyway, he also put up with all my door/lock based double entendres, (entrance, hole, wobbly knob etc) Which must have been a rollor coaster ride of comedy for him. Thanks ADDIS Lockshmiths! See you next time my latch gets stiff.

David is indeed a True Gentleman and has proved tenacious in the face of a tricky old lock that, initially, refused to give way. All has been sorted with professionalism and courtesy and Addis Locksmiths have proved excellent value for money.

I called David on a Friday after my locking mechanism had seized, and he came out immediately the same day. He came up with some good ideas regarding lock replacement and although didn't have the relevant part in stock, was quick to order for arrival the next day. To my surprise he was happy to return and replace the entire multi point locking strip the next day (Saturday).

He was quick to cut the old lock off and replace with the new part without too much fuss. He was also very friendly and understanding with our dogs. The final bill came in at a lower cost as originally quoted. David is a very approachable and professional man and is highly recommended. I will certainly use again if I have further lock issues.
