Terrible managers that appoint terrible supervisors, no professionalism at all. They mistreat their workers and there's no point contacting HR because they're run by the same people, they're just there for decoration. Had to leave in the end. DON'T WORK HERE.

I've been working for this company for over 2 years now and I love working for the company. The only problem is the control office staff, they have so many good and humble guys there but there are some who thinks because they sit in the office that they can just talk to you over the phone in a rude way. Even my manager is not even helpful and the other guards complained too.

He never reply messages, hardly return your calls and if you have appointment with him he never turn up and no call to inform you, that's so disrespectful. A company should be able to listen to staff concerns that's how company grows. Some of the control room staff will threaten to pull you out of you permanent store for no good reason because they can recruit someone else easily.

They call you when they desperately need your help but they can't be bothered to help you when you need them. Big shout out and thanks to Wazim, Tristan, Julius and William ( The Operational Manager ) Birmingham office, these lads makes you feel proud working for TSS, they are very nice and treats you like human being.

Very bad when it comes to the team management specialist. From. Emmanuel. He's think people Will wait at home with out shift. very disgusting company absolutely I would suggest people before they apply for a job they need to think ahead No benefit for the company. there is no respect towards the stuff

I am very happy working for Total security services, I would definitely recommend the company. The pay is good and salary comes when due. Friendly Area Manager also ready to help at all times, plenty of shifts if you want more.

Tss is a good company to working for they island wide all over the uk, company quick to helping you also when ever time when needs a reference, being with this company 7years now, always paids on time. Alots of hrs always available if you wants to doing overtime, shifts always available in this company more extra shifts you do you gets premiums rates.

TSS Total security services Who is the management for these lazy guards and or the area manager does who assess them. On the 9th March 2022,y ou placed a guard at the Tesco on 30-34 George Street in Croydon CR0 1LA.I've seen this chap there often dressed very smart afro-carribbean. He last worked on the above date in the evening, often always talking on the mobile on the shop floor or outside the shop doesn't get a break to do those things, that he has to do it and checking if it's not the phone his talking on, his outside talking with his friends.

His a very good guard isn't he! Also the shorter guard leans up against the coffee machine or anything he can find to rest on. And often playing his mobile. The shorter guard worked on 10th March 2022 in the evening, he doesn't seem keen on the Job.

Working on site as a contractor, but it's easy to see why people want to work for them. All the staff are a priority and they are all looked after exceptionally well, I happened to be sat in one of the training rooms so got to see the level of training new staff go through and it opens your eyes to just what a security officer is expected to do on a daily basis.

Great colleagues, pay is higher than most private security companies. Plenty of hours available. Variety of workplaces so you won't get bored

I started to work again for this company but conditions and the way I see things drastically changed the way I get the value. My area manager is good and unfortunately he is only one person doing the covering for all part of the North. I had my troubles at first then it changed. This company is good for whoever can design their work-life balance. Portal is also giving the work search option on the days to arrange which days you need work or which days you don't.

I am very happy working for Total security services, I would definitely recommend to family and friends. My Area manager is easy to contact when needed. He is polite, always willing to help. I have never had any issues with my wages always paid on time and correct amount. I feel my job is secure, I have my store and have not been moved around because I do a good job and the store is happy with me.
