With our Manned Guarding services or 24 Hour Security Guard services, you can enjoy the peace of mind that your premises and assets are protected by fully trained, vetted officers. With our Key Holding and Alarm Response services, we will hold a set of keys to your premises. Our Key Holder Assist Service (or alarm call out service) is similar to our key holding service. Our Open Up and Lock Up service ensures a client's premises are opened up at the start of the day, or secured when staff leave to go home.
When you are notified that the alarm at your business premises has been activated, it can be your natural instinct to rush to the scene. This however, could lead to you coming face-to-face with criminals who will undoubtedly be eager to escape. In order to best protect yourself and your staff, our key holder assist services will ensure that you are accompanied to your premises by a security professional whose top priority is your safety. Our Key Holder Assist Service (or alarm call out service) is similar to our Key Holding & Alarm Response Service.
Keyholding and alarm response services from Key Control Services allow businesses peace of mind knowing that their premises are protected 24/7 by our fully accredited, rapid response security officers. Keyholding and alarm response services are where a security team holds a set of keys to your business premises and, if an alarm is activated, we will be notified by your monitoring station or the police and we will attend immediately.

A key holding service is bit like paying for breakdown cover on your vehicle. Every year the renewal comes through, and you ponder should I risk it, "I've got a new car it won't break down". Then that one time, you go to start your car and that feeling of relief that you have someone to call and sort it. Key Control Services (KCS) have been our key holders for the last 3 years, and in truth we have only needed this service a couple of times, but like the feeling when your car won't start, the relief we have these guys responding to alarms at our premises is gold.
Not only do KCS respond to alarm call outs, they complete a full and comprehensive check of the premise and ensure it is secured before leaving site. I am sure you will agree nobody's alarm ever goes off just as you are leaving site or even before you sit down for your tea. It is always 3am. Twice in the last week, we have had both our intruder, and fire alarm activated in the middle of the night, and both times the first I knew about it was when I received a report in my mail box the next morning.
I have been extremely impressed by the quality of services provided, speed of call outs, and frankly for a very reasonable annual fee. Although you cannot put a price of peace of mind, and the ability to get a full night's sleep. Thanks KCS, would highly recommend for all your security and key holding needs. Absolutely terrible company to work for. Paranoid management, if your face fits. OBVIOUSLY has an issue with people from Burnley. Always late dropping/collecting keys, and had to personally deliver them myself to office after a 13 hour shift numerous times. No site management or visits, AI's were 3 years out of date, and terrible phone attitude when you needed to ring office. Ending my employment contract was the best move made in 2017.walked straight into mobile response with another company and never looked back.
I now receive regular training on the latest alarm systems, and have a dedicated comms team for any issues that may arise. Also using the latest pda tech with all the info i need at the touch of a button. All this means that I can resolve 99% of alarm trouble myself without involving an engineer, , this keeps customer charges and prices DOWN. YES.there's definitely better alarm response companies out there.
