Ask to come and quote for an alarm, had to chase to see if the person was coming.nice and helpful chap came round. After 10 days phoned to see where the quote was, said was it was one the list and would chase up. After nearly four weeks and no quote we moved on to something else. If they had of provided the quote I was ready to hand over the money. So disappointing, terrible service.

HIT AND RUN! I too had a bad experience with one of their drivers. He cut me up twice on the A3. The second time he hit my car and sped off. The company spoke to the cowardly driver who denied all knowledge. As far as they are concerned 'no incident occurred'. Shame on WOT Security. DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR.

I can't comment on the residential side of their business, but commercially I've had an excellent experience with WOT Security. We have a very swift response time from their helpdesk and often an engineer will point out a fault before it becomes a problem. They seem a pro-active company which I would gladly recommend.

Very disappointing. Did not turn up at the correct time for appointments and when they did they had the wrong parts. What should have been a simple job turned into a prolonged nightmare. We have then subsequently found that their original installation was incorrectly undertaken and was not picked up be them during their annual 'maintenance gold service'.

We've been very happy with WOT. They installed our alarm years ago and have serviced it since. We've recently undergone major renovations to our property and had them in to install new as well as cctv. The office team and engineers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. So happy with the look of the systems as well, very smart. I've recommended them to various friends in London who are fed up with their current security companies.

I had a run in with one of their driver's. He decided to stick himself in front of my HGV lorry after coming down my outside when i was a lorry length in front of him.he decided I'm going infront of you so I'd better move.then stops in the middle of the road while the lights are green caused me to brake dangerously. Tried phoning to complain but goes answer machine. IL be visiting them. I have your registration time and road.going by this I don't recommend these people. HAPPY?
