Would really reccomend StormFS. Scott made sensible reccomendations, and was very mindful of our budget, suggesting adaptions to make sure that we were left with an alarm that left us feeling secure, and was appropriate for the house. Being able to monitor the alarm app remotely whilst on holiday, and via the doorbell camera has meant that we know we were not going home to any nasty surprises - having been burgled in the past this is is of huge value to us! Scott was extremely professional, friendly and thorough throughout my whole interaction with him. He initially came round to discuss my requirements and provide me with a quote, before then coming in to fit a full alarm system in the house. He was prompt on all communications with me, very neat and consultative when it came to installation, and then took the time to explain the system and run through everything. My house alarm system needed repairing and servicing and the original installer is no longer in business. I was very fortunate to have found Storm FS on a google search. I was expecting to be told that I would have to have a new system installed but Scott was able to get it all up and running again. Scott turned up at the agreed time and was a pleasure to deal with. Scott's work is first class and faultless. He is immensely knowledgeable and (before the job) was able to advise us sensibly and practically on the appropriate solutions for our needs. In carrying out the works, Scott was highly professional and diligent. We are very pleased with the equipment that Scott has recommended, supplied, and installed, which perfectly suits our needs.
The job also entailed a fairly tricky cable run and Scott took the time to ensure that the end result blended in flawlessly with the exterior appearance of our house (no easy task). Scott from Storm FS installed an intruder alarm, CCTV system including video doorbell and a number of security lights. We had an excellent experience right from the beginning and I would highly recommend him. The quote was very competitive, work carried out to a high standard and our house was left clean and tidy after the works were completed. Scott is clearly very knowledgable in this area but is also passionate about what he does and made sure we were very comfortable with the new system before he left.
