Reassuring and efficient service again from Brandon. Polite and knowledgeable as always; he had us back up and running following our recent broadband upgrade quickly and painlessly and completed our annual service all within an hour! Thank you very much to him and all at Sonata.

Our second alarm system fitted by Sonata. Engineers Dalton and Will were excellent. They took time to explain carefully how the system worked, hoovered up any plaster dust afterwards and left us with a very neatly fitted system. Sonata have always delivered great service and we would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a domestic alarm system.

I have had 2 home burglar alarm systems installed by Sonata over the years and their service levels are great. They remind me when a service is due, have an excellent out of hours call system if you need it, and their staff are always courteous, tidy and helpful.

Today Bradley serviced my Sonata Security alarm. A very professional service and talked me through how to set my alarm before going to bed. Bradley gave me all the answers to my questions. A very polite, friendly young man.

My 10 year old Accenta G4, Hopkins Homes bell box started sounding like a truck reversing at 1415hrs yesterday (17/02/2022). I have no idea who installed it originally, so, I asked my best mate (Google) for a local alarm company. The first company I recognised was Sonata Security in Norwich. I'm not one of their existing clients. I called them, spoke with a lovely lady that found one of their engineers that could get to me later in the day.

At 1615, Brandon pitched up and with 10 minutes had diagnosed the problem (a dead lead / acid backup battery within the alarm panel itself), gone to his van, returned with and fitted a replacement and began testing the system. Brandon was extremely polite, very competent and knowledgeable and spoke with me at a level I understood without being condescending in the slightest.

He explained that the system is approaching end of life and would need to be changed at some point in the future but didn't try to press me into a new system there and then. How very refreshing! They have, of course, now gained a customer for life and when I need to replace the system, I'm calling Sonata Security. I was very appreciative of the prompt visit with the bell box bleating it's head off and no way to stop it short of a large hammer (the thing doesn't know how close it came, it really doesn't) as I've not long moved in and really don't want to annoy my new neighbours. Great price too, I'm one very happy camper. Well done Sonata and thank you Brandon. Great company to deal with.
