Company is not worthy of 1 star. They have a contract with a housing association in London, where they are responsible for the yearly servicing to tenants fire alarms in communal areas of the properties. Which tenants have to pay for. Five years they have been to my property and not carried out the service/checks. They have completed the work sheets and dumped the customer copy in a cupboard outside of the property. Making out the job has been done. 5 so called visits made by 3 different engineers who all did the same thing. Disgraceful to think they are responsible for the safety of people living in social housing.
