The ln-Built Roller Shutter is concealed within the wall cavity and when raised, is housed within the RSL structural lintel, and leaves a concealed shutter system when out of use.

With and to include aluminium powder coated inserts which overlap the external brick work and butts up to the external frame of the window. RSL lintels are bespoke manufactured to suit each individual opening and wall make up and can be installed in brick, block, stone, SFS, timber, steel, cladding etc.
Both of the above to be powder coated to any RAL/BS colour (Please see choices of RAL colours under the "technical/specifications" tab). Easy to use push button remote control with up to 100mt range which allows you to operate from your car. The remote control unit includes as standard, a light which aluminates upon activation and switches off automatically after a timed period.

All shutters are incorporated with a bottom rail to include a bottom rubber which acts as a weather seal. All RSL industrial shutters are installed with electric 240 vault or 3 phase motors with a 5 year manufactures guarantee and do not require shoot bolts or any other additional locking devices. All industrial shutters will be fitted with manual overrides and brakes as standard or if 3 phase motors installed a pull chain will be supplied.
RSL recommend that all technical details required are requested. We recommend that the correct information for each individual project is discussed as early as possible to ensure that the correct products are indicated on the drawings. This will assist in the projects running and hopefully avoid unnecessary holdups.
