Having used this firm for almost 20 years, I have become increasingly disillusioned about the customer service. Installation has always been to a market rate, and i have no reason to feel that has changed. However, we have been invoiced for work that wasn't done (credits since received), unresponsive to emails, and phone calls, with only 1x person doing the jobs of many. Rob weaver is a nice guy, but I can only say I feel consistently let down by vague promises and a lack of subsequent action.
A shame, as the organisation clearly has suffered (as have we all) but an unclear management structure with unclear responsibility seems to hold back any desire for improvement. Despite promises by the company representive, I still await call back for the MD. Good luck anyone who sticks with the company. Once they install, you are stuck with them, so consider carefully if you want good service, as it seems severely lacking here.

Had issues with my alarm so rang coombers out of hours number & the engineer on call sat 24th march was really helpful & a complete progressional, as we never had a contract with them he countnt help so we need to find out who fitted the alarm etc but once I do I will certainly sign up to a contract with this company as it is certainly needed when issues arise
