Good service fitting a new lock, which I then had issues with. Unfortunately there was no Blakey's out of hours contact so I had to call a second locksmith to rectify the issue. Asked for a call back from Blakey's regarding this and 2 weeks later I'm still waiting, either the lady in the Brierfield shop can't pass queries on to the relevant person/manager or they just have really bad customer service in general

They obviously know their trade and Specialist - bricks & motar - Places like this are getting more scarce. However, you will pay top price for the privilege of buying here, which I did. So, why do you keep your customers waiting so long before you serve them. Twenty minutes before one of your staff even acknowledged my presence is not good. This has happened on two out of three visits. Forty minutes at say a 30/hr labour, lost because of your poor organisational skills, isn't too good.
I suggest taking your staff to Burnley 'Screwfix' on a training visit. They get it right and have the same stuff, in stock, job done as they say. Seems silly that big businesses beat you hands-down on customer service. I'll revisit this review when I collect my next order. Thanks.
