Mark and his team installed a WiFi alarm system at our house today they carried out the job professionally and efficiently, they cleaned up after themselves as they worked were pleasant and friendly observed Covid requirements and explained how to use the system very clearly and very obviously know their business and enjoy their work The office staff that I had phone and email contact with were also very pleasant professional and thorough Nothing is too much for this great team I thoroughly recommend them

Wow 1st Choice Alarms. We just had an alarm and a CCTV system designed for our home. We nearly went for a cheaper quote. Mark from 1st Choice convinced us to invest. So glad we did. We went for latest up cameras linked to our phones. Images at night are spectacular we so amazed how clear in pitch black. The alarm is on an app too. No wired no mess at all.

Our front box lights up at night as I notice as you do all 1st Choice Alarms bell boxes. The whole box lights up. The enginèers so well mannered and respectful of our home. Very professional. Even trained us up at weekend so I and my family knew how to work the app. I cannot praise 1st Choice Alarms enough. Did more than I expected. Brilliant 10 Stars.

We've used them before to mend our old alarm system & then decided to use them to upgrade to a new system - clean, efficient, friendly service. We contacted them again to ask if they could look at our security light outside that had stopped working. Arrived when agreed, fixed the light (took over an hour) & then didn't charge us! You don't get that very often. Would recommend
