We were recommended to Armour Security by a couple of friends who had both had burglar alarms and CCTV installed by them. I can't praise Armour enough. From the moment the (very helpful and professional) surveyor came around, through the contact with their office, to the final installation, everything has been spot on. A power cut in the area triggered an error message on our alarm system installed by Armour a couple of years ago. As the noise was intensifying and I was unable to stop it, I phoned Armour for help. I was gutted to hear that they were unable to help as we were no longer under the contract with them. My kids and I were getting really distressed by the noise, but it was more upsetting to know that the lady on the phone who could clearly hear how upset I was, did not do anything to help.
We had another incident with Armour prior to this which I never complained about as I do not like leaving negative comments and often give people a benefit of the doubt, but after today's incident I would be very comfortable at advising anyone against using Armour Security. Appalling!

I needed my Alarm system upgraded and an Intercom system installed. I was advised by my Insurance company to have it installed by a Nacoss approved company, I went ahead with Armour Security, I am very pleased with the system they have installed, and the work was carried out with total efficiency and the minimum of fuss. The engineers were prompt and reliable, I would recommend them and will be using them again for any future work required.
