Thank goodness for this business. I had a lock that was 16 years old and broken. I rang the shop, sent a picture of the lock with some measurements. Five minutes later he told me that he had a lock and it was priced really well too! He saved me from having to spend a couple of hours of fitting a completely different lock. There minutes, locks changed, job done! We need to support our local businesses. The big chains don't know the stock they're selling. His expertise was a life saver.
