Packhams Locksmiths

I was looking for some specific items (imperial bolts, rubber buffers, etc) which I was unable to source from the usual large DIY stores. Packhams' were extremely helpful in locating suitable items. I left the store with everything I required (which I originally thought would be unlikely). This is the first time I have used this store, I will certainly return in future.

Been using this store for many years and is always first port of call for my hardware requirements. Service with a smile ad generally get what I need at a good price. Can't recommend this place enough 5 stars all the way.

They were very helpful and fast reacting to help my elderly neighbour when she locked herself out.

Unbelievably cheap key cutting services. Was amazed how much difference the price is between Timpsons etc and here. Great service, courteous staff. Will definitely come here again and support the smaller shops

Handy locksmith and window and other accessories. Good range of keys. Friendly service. Not all new keys work, but the accept returns with receipts. Always helpful. I've been back several times over the years.

We had a problem with our front door handles and had phoned a few places for an idea of costs etc but was put off by some companies asking for a wapping 75 just to come out and have a look. Packhams could not have been more helpful and great value. The locksmith came to see me the sameday and changed both locks on the door putting my mind at rest that the door was fine and it was simply the locks and handles.

He worked on the door and did a professional job. Needles to say the whole fee was less than the 75 call out quoted by others for parts nd labour. Our door is working very well now and they really saved us a fortune not only on the door but also by being up front and honest about the issue and costs. Highly recommended for any locksmith related jobs. I will tell anyone who requires one to use these guys and also feel confident about using them in the future.

We had a problem with our back door lock, it had jammed in the shut position. We were referred to Andy by Thamesview Windows - also very helpful - and spoke to Andy. He offered to come out that same afternoon. Andy spent an hour removing the lock and refitting a new one. We never asked how much it would be and i feel happy with waht he charged. Would recommend to anyone needing a quick and efficient service. Many thanks.
