Update at bottom. Absolutely abysmal service. - W&H Supplies. We called Dennison Doors yesterday at around 5PM as an emergency call as the safety brakes had failed on our rear roller shutter disabled entrance to one of our showrooms, it took us multiple attempts to get through, which is understandable as the engineers may have been busy, however once we got through to the manager he was unable to hear us and asked if he could call back in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we had no call back, once we managed to speak to someone we were told that they wouldn't be able to get to us until 9PM, we then proceeded to discuss a way to lower the door for the security of the building which required us to manually move the brakes to lower the door foot by foot, after this we were told that they would be with us in the morning to repair the door. by 12 the next day we had no word and were still expecting them to attend, once we had called the office to complain and ask what on earth is going on, Matt the manager called back to ask for photos, I sent those over, once he had them and the asset number, we received no word until we chased them again at half 3 to then be told they won't be able to attend until 6 O'clock after closing hours, they didn't even think to inform us that they wouldn't be able to attend until after closing hours, obviously rather annoyed by this we complained again to the reply from Matt the manager of "we aren't a blue light service you know"; what absolutely disgraceful service, to be told we would have an engineer this morning to repair the disability accessible entrance to our second showroom then having to chase all day ourselves with no word from Dennison Doors until they asked for photos then none again until we had to chase them once more then to be met by rudeness. now expected to be visiting tomorrow morning. Ewan and Raymond have visited this morning and have made repairs to the door, these 2 lads are brilliant and a credit to the company, the star rating has been updated to reflect this, unfortunately due to the service we received in the beginning we won't go higher than 3 stars but these Ewan and Raymond are excellent and will do their best to rectify any issues on site.

This company installed an electronic garage door on the underground car park near where I live. We needed a new door as the old one kept staying open making our cars at risk and invalidating our car insurance. Since the door was installed nearly 3 months ago, it has worked for about 6 days randomly and is now not working again. We are all totally fed up. Our money has been used to pay for this door so we want it fixed once and for all. If our cars get damaged we know where to send the bill.

Do not even think of dealing with this company. Having sounded extremely positive on the phone they made two appointments to visit my property. The first was cancelled late the day before, a new appointment was made a few days later. This was cancelled 1/2 hour before it was due. They told me they were too busy and didn't want my business. Very dissatisfied with totally unprofessional behavior.
