The original company, Sunshine Cleaning & Hygiene Services, was established 1986 and provided comprehensive cleaning services to commercial properties. Recognising a demand for one stop solution, security and maintenance provisions were added to the client offering. After a period of rapid growth the business was renamed Essential Service Providers to better reflect this new direction.

Essential Service Providers commercial property maintenance services covers all incoming services from trained SIA approved personnel. Gas, HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), plumbing and electrical, planned or reactive and flexible contracts tailored to your needs. We cover Nationally, London and the southeast and offer specialist management of industrial, retail and specialist premises including secure locations and facilities. All our staff are fully trained, uniformed and can respond to agreed attendance times from 2 to 24 hours.
