This is the third time Dan from Matrix Security has attended our alarm. The first and second time were services and battery changes. This occasion is an alarm upgrade. Dan is polite, timely and really helpful. I have picked Dan's brain about alarms and after having 3 or 4 major companies that provide fully monitored alarms come and tell me about their systems and the monthly cost i decided on Dan's advice to stick with what i have got and upgrade. Overall, Dan is brilliant, helpful, reliable, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I would trust his advice and 100% recommend his services for home alarm systems.

Matrix Security did a great job of replacing my alarm and adding some near-invisible wireless sensors on windows and doors and setting me up for Smart Phone control. Really impressed with the fitting and work involved. I selected Matrix as on moving house I had an old dodgy alarm of unknown origin which was waking us up at night. At 1am in the morning, Matrix Security were not just the only security company to answer the phone BUT gave me over the phone instructions on how to silence it so we could sleep. So a no brainer, I asked them to upgrade my alarm, the service I receive has been excellent since day 1. Highly recommended. Thank you Dan
