I highly recommend Rodney and his company, Brandon Locksmith. He provided exceptional service both in quality of work and customer service. He was accommodating of my work schedule, not charging more for an evening call. He explained my options to me and never tried to get me to pay more or push unnecessary products on me. Incredible service! Rodney arrived early and was incredibly efficient. He also educated us on the type of lock we had and how we could actually re-key it ourselves because of the type of lock it is. Rodney provides excellent service! One of the few family owned companies that still put their customers first. I had 6 locks keyed for my home and he even waived the service fee. Don't bother searching for other locksmiths. You won't find better customer service, quality of work, or price anywhere else.

I want to let other customers or potential customers know that Rodney is the best of the best! I had never met him before today and he was extremely professional and caring! He loves what he does and it shows! From the first time I talked to him, he was at my house within 20 minutes and had me inside my house in under 5 minutes. And all for only $50 which is a flat service fee, compared to the 79$-129$ from other companies, all of which wouldn't give me their state required company license and insurance identification numbers. Rodney had no problem giving me all information which made me much more comfortable having him show up at my house!
He also took the time to explain and teach me things that I would have never known, and they were things that would keep my family and I safe. I truly can't say enough amazing things about this man or his business. If you are in need of locksmith services, this is the man for you! Thank you SOOOOOO much Rodney! If I ever need a locksmith again you have a repeat customer for life, you truly earned 5/5 stars in my eyes!

Excellent Service! FAST response time! GREAT price! Rodney installed a new lockset for me, but 8 months later I experienced a slight issue due to a decision I made. I left a voicemail and in less than 30 minutes received a call back. After explaining the situation and the need, Rodney said he could fit me in the next day and that he would call first. Great person. I spoke to another guy who was going to charge me 100.00 make a small adjustment that would have taken 10 mins or less with my automatic lock that was already installed! Rodney saved the day, saved me money and also taught me how to change the door locks in my house so he wouldn't have to charge me extra. Don't bother with those other guys. This man integrity is top notched and not in business to take people money. Rodney thank you for your service.
