I took my computer to Care Computers and Services because I had problems saving Word documents in the format in which they were created and in ensuring they would be printed in the correct format. Two members of skilled staff took several minutes to examine my computer and check I had the most recent online updates and that I was viewing documents correctly.

They corrected my computer settings and showed me how they did it for my future reference. My computer now works perfectly and I can print newly created documents in the desired format. On another day I had problems participating in an online meeting. Again a skilled member of Care Computers and Services staff examined and tested my computer microphone and speaker and ensured they were both working correctly.

He then downloaded and tested the necessary programme. I have since successfully attended virtual meetings during which my computer worked well. The service received on both occasions was professional, friendly and greatly appreciated.

I dealt with Ken at care computers and he was knowledgable and professional at all times. My laptop was repaired and the owner even took time to show me how to remove apps that were not needed and how to check for such in the future.

I have just picked up my laptop which they fixed very quickly for me knowing I needed it to work. It even came back clean! I can not fault the service there at all

I'd tried to replace a battery in my Dell laptop at home over the weekend but failed, so I took it into Care Computers just after 9.00 am this morning (18OCT21). The gentleman I spoke to said that normally repairs have to be booked in (they're pretty busy at the moment) but that he would try and fix it on the spot - which he did. I was only in the shop for under 20 minutes and the job was done perfectly.

I'm writing this "on battery power"! The gentleman (sorry I don't know his name) was very professional and approachable, and he gave me good advice on other laptop related matters, in conversation, while working on the repair. I've used Care Computers in the past on previous laptop issues and will continue to do so when necessary, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Took my perfectly good laptop in for an hard drive upgrade and the price was cheaper than they initially quoted and it took about 4 days which is reasonable. But got the laptop back and it kept giving error reports and issues with the hard drive so took it back in and was told "they'll make it a priority case as its a return job but they are busy". (5 days later not including the weekend because they are closed) had no word had to chase them 3 times and they gave me an update didn't sound right soo I asked them to just return laptop it no longer blue screens with issues but now just has to repair hard drive every boot and tell me windows isn't installed properly. Soo 9 days to install a hard drive that is faulty

My laptop, on which I am dependent for work, had a crash. It could not be repaired economically, but Ken transferred all my data to a replacement device and did so at a cost I thought remarkably reasonable considering the time it had taken. I am lucky to have them close at hand.

My Dell laptop would not start up and Ken at Care Computers completed a full diagnostic test and found the motherboard had failed. He was very diligent in sourcing a replacement - this was not easy as the part is now out of warranty and Dell are not the easiest company to navigate around! In a few days though the part was delivered and Ken fitted and tested. I'm delighted with the service provided, Ken kept me informed throughout and was good to communicate with. Many thanks for your help. I thoroughly recommend Care Computers.

Care Computers was recommended to our company by a supplier and they quickly resolved a lot of outstanding issues we had with our IT. Minor issues are now resolved quickly via remote support and engineers are available at short notice when required at the office. Communication is great too. I have recommended Care Computers to anyone suffering with IT problems. We now have backups and our email is in the cloud with the server to follow soon.

Care computers have just re-installed windows 10 for me as it was continually freezing. The computer is now much quicker and a pleasure to use again. I would recommend using this company as they are friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable. They ensured that everything was re-installed again including office and all my old emails. The only improvement they could make is to turn the jobs around a bit more quickly. However they still met my expectations as they informed me in advance that there were quite a few jobs ahead of me. Keep up the good work lads!
