Do not waste your time or money on this no good spineless person. I explained the alarm was faulty. Kept going off all hours. Unconcerned Paid 250 for a so called service they only changed the batteries which would have been about 2 in total Not to mention the excuses which were constantly pulled out of the hat about not coming to fix it. I explained my husband has leukaemia Did not give a dame I only hope he never has the time that I have had filled with stress and upset Please call a reputable company because this one isn't He should be disgusted with him self if that's how he treats customers I hope this company closes because they are worthless

Had a alarm fixed about 2 years ago and it has been nothing but awful, the guy refuses to come out. We had a problem with our boiler and he didn't even answer his phone, only called after I left this review. We found out it later was actually related to his alarm, do not listen to his reply! Not even a month later, one of the sensors had to be removed to fix said boiler, he refuses to come out, claiming its not his problem now.

The alarm now goes off every day with a tamper fault. The outside alarm then starts going for no reason at random intervals. He still won't come out. Please avoid this company at all costs! If I could vote lower than 1, I would. He never claimed to have said it was a wiring issue, he is a LIAR. He didn't answer the phone for weeks. I will not take this review down because it had caused nothing but stress in our lives and I would only take it down if he had the decency to at least apologies and come and fix this mess he created.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Despite repeated emails, texts and calls, the lack of response is appalling. It's going on nearly six months. Despite a 120 annual charge, the mobile app doesn't work either and they refuse to support/fix it. At this point, I have paid but not been provided the service. Absolutely avoid!

After heading nervously abroad leaving my 18 and 21 year old daughters alone for the first time in the house, I was so relieved that we had purchased our alarm from PLC Security. When the girls had problems with getting the alarm to set at night ( which was a user error in the end) not only did PLC go straight to the aid of the girls but called to let me know that all was well, and returned the next day to ensure all still working effectively. This was in my opinion outstanding customer service, providing care way outside of the requirements of the contracted agreement. Marvellous!

Recently had a complete home security system installed by PLC Security. initially thought of going with a "bigger National name", but so glad I didn't, going local was definitely the right choice. The installer was very friendly and helpful and took us through every stage of the process and set up facility, explaining all the features. Also I could not believe how much attention they paid to keeping everything tidy during the install - no mess whatsoever and all done in about a hour - key fobs for all the family, one button to set, one to disarm, couldn't be easier. The owner even called me afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything.! Highly recommended.

Neeeded all my house locks changing following a theft of keys. This was dealt with extremely quickly and professionally. Very personable and knowledgeable service when I made contact on the phone. The locksmith who visited was friendly and approachable and did a pfrofessonal job. Would use again.

Thank you for arranging for my alarm to be installed so quickly. The service from start to finish was excellent, the engineer was polite and really helpful and showed me how easy it was to use the app based system. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I sincerely hope any would be customers read this review Firstly I'd like to say our 10 year old son is still having nightmares and therapy for the burglary to our property Christmas 2016. Steve assured us our new Wi-Fi alarm is a safe system and reliability. So we took his advice and had our new alarm fitted after a very disturbing burglary. On installing the alarm the very cheerful employee was indeed very helpful at the time.

However the video camera that was ordered with the system was unable to be connected via Wi-Fi so hardwired. I've since managed to do this. Oh the alarm bells should have rung! Fast-forward to September 2017 the Alarm will not trigger & the fobs shave stopped working. Although the alarm sets, it fails to go off when you enter the house or move about with the alarm armed.

We call and leave messages, these are unanswered. We then call but he has an automated calling service which he fails to call back. So we call his mobile and he hangs up. This is followed up with emails and more calls. Eventually over a week later he decides he will call back. At this point we make it clear we are not happy as we aren't protected and the therapy our son is still going through. Steve the owner then promises to send round an engineer a few days later (now 2 weeks) The engineer turns up late which is extremely annoying as international Skype interviews were moved to accommodate PLC Security.

The engineer was unable to fix the alarm and now says "The box needs replacing". So once again our calls are being ignored and so are all the other forms of communication. I hope this review will sharpen his response as I'm going to be adding it to all the directories I find PLC Security in! Regards Colin

A very unpleasant experience overall. Overpriced key cutting 5.25 for a key which I then got done for 3. I tendered a 50.00 note which the man at the counter flatly refused without even looking at it. When I asked him why, the answer was "It's my choice". I don't mind if someone has an issue with taking a big note, but it was just the way I was dealt with. Made me feel like I was someone trying to rob him.

We found their services extremely poor, a safe that should of taken 2 weeks from order took more than took 2 months. On many occasions we had to initiate contact to find out when the safe will be delivered, we either receive no reply or excuses as to why this couldn't be done. To strength my case of how terrible their services are they also took 2 payments for one safe and still didn't refund as the cost.

Our last option was to give a further 7 days to process payment or it would turn into a legal matter they simply ignored our appeal. I would never recommend their services to anyone and I strongly advise that you should look elsewhere for a company that has the capacity to conduct business.
