My Daughter came home and was extremely excited to join this company at her school. When I phoned to pay the very high monthly payment, I was taken through the whole process taking 20 minutes to be given a higher figure at the end. I was told the prices were different in each area and the paperwork handed out at school had a " approximate " monthly payment figure!

I decided this was misleading and so therefore decided to refrain from paying and was told somebody would give me a call. I was then given a call from another member of staff who advised me that the figure on the letter was correct but the price would be going up in September so the higher figure I was given on the phone was the correct price for September onwards.

So with family's struggling with finances etc and children missing out on many things due to covid etc they are sending prices out to schools, knowing these prices are going up in a couple of months. If parents are really stretching themselves to give their kids this opportunity and then in a couple of months it goes up in price and they can't afford it, the kids potentially will have to drop out.

For a company that says " they improve children's wellbeing " and " 96% of headteachers say it boosts their pupil's confidence " I feel very sorry for the pupils who are being mislead and lied too who risk having to stop the lessons and deal with the negative impact on their confidence and wellbeing. I will be speaking to the school about this and my child will certainly not be attending and hopefully the school will find a genuine company that is transparent and honest.

Very unprofessional company. Keep cancelling their classes last minute without any explanation. It seems I am paying fortune to get my kid upset and Disappointed each week. They learned one song in 5 months because teacher doesn't turn up and they don't send a cover teacher or any other solution. Asked for refund as they only run half of the classes they refused to refund me, their response was they will catch up those lessons over the coming weeks. No class running since mid December!

45 pounds for one month with the guarantee of a music video. Teacher only turned up for 50% of the lessons. My child only learned 3 words of song. And there was no music video as well. Thrown 45 pounds away. Thanks

My daughter really love rock steady music that is used in her school. I can't knock it they asked if she could played the piano instead of singing as that what she like. I put down any the first time I apply on behalf of my daughter as I wasn't sure what she wanted to do I knew she had an interest in singing and piano but wasn't sure which one turn out she got a talent for piano or keyboard as it is known. Her confidence as grown she doing a Christmas show for the 1st time I am looking forward to it. So proud of her

My son (Year 2) has been doing Rocksteady since the beginning of Year 1, and thoroughly enjoys it. I know that for my son, Rocksteady engages him in music, performance, and teamwork, in a way that 'traditional' music lessons wouldn't. The teacher, Jack, is really enthusiastic, inclusive, and encouraging. We really enjoy going to watch them at the end-of-term concerts.

My 6 year son old loves this group. It is run from his school and has been really good for his confidence. His teacher is very encouraging and my son has been really positive about the whole experience. They had a Xmas performance a couple of days ago and he was really nervous about performing, but with their encouragement he went up and was really proud of himself after. Think great for emotional well being - they are small friendly groups and it has definitely got him in to music!

We've been really pleased with the quality of tuition our daughter has received with Rocksteady. She loves the lessons and looks forward to them every week. It's helped with her confidence so much she has asked if she can switch from keyboard to vocals. She would never have done that a year ago.

Rock Steady is absolutely brilliant, a fantastic modern way to teach music in a way the kids enjoy immensely! Playing in a band, with friends, learning how several instruments construct a tune, and a concert for parents to enjoy at the end of each term (in which the children pick their song! E.g. my girls love Taylor Swift and got to play her songs!), very proud parental moments! The teachers are amazing, very experienced, talented and brilliant with the kids! I couldn't recommend this enough to any children who enjoy music! Fabulous!

My son has really enjoyed his sessions with rock steady. He has done them for quite a while now and has gone from the guitar to drums (his choice) his teacher is fantastic and we have communicated several times so that I can update him with anything he needs to know. Friendly and lovely staff and its so easy. The best thing is they are with their friends and have a band and have fun. No pressure and as parents you get to see them in a concert showing off their skills and see progress. Cant recommend enough

Our 6 year old loves her music lessons at school with Rock Steady. I think it's good that she can have a lesson during school time that teaches her not only about music but also about team work and all whilst having fun. The booking process is easy and I think the cost of the sessions are comparable with other extra curricular school clubs. Would recommend thoroughly. We are looking forward to her first 'concert' towards the end of term :
