This company don't seem to want my money. Called them 7 weeks ago to get my alarm system checked and updated. They said they'd call me back to book a date but then didn't call. I called again and they said they'd come round in 2 weeks and then didn't show up. I called again and they said they would be there the following Tuesday. Its been 2 weeks since that Tuesday and nobody has shown up or called to apologise for not turning up or to reschedule. I'm not impressed and will be looking elsewhere.

Michael came out and looked at our house to ascertain what was needed and give us a quote. Mark then installed our alarm in a very professional and friendly way. He explained everything clearly. He even took time to put a light switch on which my husband had intended to do when we moved in a few months ago. Very good job. Thank you Premier Alarms.
