We work with M&E Consultants, Builders, Housing Associations & Management Companies creating the Visitor Door Entry, Access Control & CCTV security strategy for buildings. We always produce site specific drawings and a written strategy so all parties know what the system is required to do. If an NACD system, we provide a Performance Specification that details what our product can do - you might not need it now but it is good to know you are covered.Our Projects Department is with you for the entire process until the site is handed over to our Maintenance Department unless you have preferred specialist.
Aftersales Services is when you get to see how much respect a company affords its clients. Aftersales means Aftercare. The project has been completed and the equipment is all operational - but we need to keep it that way. The NACD Maintenance Department is key to our business model. Our clients trust us with new projects because they know our support is always there - thanks to our Maintenance Department. We actively encourage Managing Agents, Builder Customer Service Departments & Housing Associations to come and visit our Maintenance Department.
Common sense dictates that you protect your physical building assets and most importantly the people inside those buildings. Our building uses this security system. The street level keypad has not been working since yesterday after an agent came to "fix" it. It was reported to NACD yesterday and no one came back to fix it despite the issue being reported by the block management company. None of the residents/tenants in our building can leave as they are unable to get back into the building.

We have one of these systems installed in our building. It's horribly unreliable, and at the moment it's faulty meaning we are missing deliveries etc. I asked our management company to contact them to arrange for a repair. Received a call from NACD to tell me they needed to call me to arrange to send someone out (why bother phoning unless you want to arrange anything?!).
After a week of not hearing anything, I phoned and they said they had no record of any jobs at my address. Then today I received a text telling me that I needed to call THEM to arrange for someone to come out. Really shoddy and poorly coordinated customer service on top of a bad product.

This system operates on my building and it has barely worked in the year that i've been here. It will either not ring at all, go through the phonecall instead of the app, or not show picture/sound when the app does work. Really bad system, really hope they're removed from the building. Just as an update. I contacted NaCD ltd over their website as suggested below and explained this issue. To this date I have had no response.

We are using this company's doorbell systems on our building. Once a visitor dials the door number, it is supposed to ring the resident's phone. It fails every couple of weeks and requires NACD's observation to fix it. Very unreliable - especially given the simple and basic requirement of ringing the door. Many people are missing their deliveries just because of this.
