We were very satisfied and always felt secure with our previous system installed and maintained by Guardhome. So recently "escaping to the country" we naturally requested that they identify a solution to secure our new property. Once agreed our installation took place as planned with the minimum of disturbance followed by a comprehensive instructional briefing. Consequently, we have found the home security is extremely user friendly, no false alarms so far! I am particularly impressed by the mobile app giving me access to live monitoring and surveillance. I had my alarm installed by GuardHome back in 2010. I couldn't be happier as Eric and his team are very knowledgeable. They first assessed the site and then placed cameras in the ideal spots. GuardHome Ltd. security system was recommended to me by my daughter who is very happy with her installation and service. I had an old wired system that did not meet my needs. Eric visited and carried out an assessment and advised me on security generally. He sent me a very detailed plan with costs and gave me time to consider my options. He answered my questions in great detail and when I was ready to proceed the installation was carried out promptly without disruption.
The wireless system is wonderful, if our dog pushes a door open it does not activate the alarm, unlike the wired system with sensors on every door. One of Eric's team set up an app on my phone and showed me how to use it to remotely access the system to arm or disarm if necessary. The first annual maintenance visit has taken place and I am very impressed with the level of service that I have received. I am now discussing having security cameras installed by Eric. I am very happy to recommend GuardHome to others.

We had a GuardHome Ltd. security system installed at a previous property and chose to use them again at our new home. Eric visited and carried out a thorough assessment to ensure we would have an alarm system that meets our needs, provides the best level of security and complies with the requirements of our insurance policy. He also provided some excellent advice on general security issues.
The installation was carried out quickly with minimal disruption and no mess or damage. The wireless components are fantastic, no unsightly wires etc. I can access the system via an app on my phone; I really like this feature as I can check that the system is armed and if necessary, arm or disarm remotely. This was the first time that i had used GuardHome Ltd. having been recommended to them by one of the largest CCTV equipment companies in the UK. I already had a good and serviceable system but wanted to try and get higher quality and better positioned CCTV images by using the latest equipment available on the market. Eric Chorley, the Managing Director of GuardHome, immediately understood my needs but decided that the best way to find out exactly what was required and the size of my budget compared to my overall expectations was to arrange an on-site visit to my property in Kensington This was extremely useful as he was able to show me from other systems that he had installed from his actual time I-pad just what was available on the market and also to discuss my data storage requirements and see how any new digital cabling might best be installed.
This soon resulted in a firm in detail quotation but not before I made a return visit to Eric's GuardHome office to see for myself in far greater detail just what could be achieved from different cameras. Within a week everything was agreed and an installation date set. Eric's team arrived early in the morning and indeed Eric came to oversee the beginning and completion of the work and to ensure that I was fully conversant with the new system and that it was working on all my communications equipment. All in all I was delighted with the whole operation.

I had Eric install an alarm system in my house and garage. From the initial message GuardHome were fantastic with their response time to emails/texts/calls and Facebook messages. Eric and Darren turned up when they said they would and done a clean, tidy and great installation and I would recommend them in the future. We have been left with an installation pack explaining everything we need to know and if we have any other questions I'm sure it's just a phone call to Eric and it can be answered. From survey to installation and maintenance; all was carried out in a very professional manor, they treated my house like their own from taking their shoes of on entering my house to vacuuming up any mess made! No hidden extra charges and low annual maintenance charge covers everything, when I decorate they will even take down & refit sensors at no extra charge.
