I'd give this place a zero if I could, went through the drive thru, half the menu was removed, or blew away with the wind, who knows. Anywho, I order two mini "strawberry cheesecake master shakes" the girl proceeds to tell me she doesn't have strawberry, and that they only have blasts and such. Ok, so I asked if they had just a cheesecake master shake, she says" ummmmmmm let me check" then comes back to tell me she does. Perfect, right?! Nope.
So she says "just one cheesecake shake?" "TWO" I said loudly and she proceeds to tell me the price of just one. highly irritated at this point. So I get to the window, and let whomever it was there that I ordered TWO, she says ok, rings up the shake and hands over the first one. omg lol it was PITIFUL. Where's the whipped cream? Where's the cherry?
I mean I've ordered shakes plenty of times and KNOW it comes with, so I asked. So no whipped cream? She says "we're out" LIKE thanks! This place sucks as well as the incompetent workers, needless to say, we tossed the shakes, no need to wonder if they spit in there or whatnot but I wasn't going to risk it. Will never return. Save your money and go somewhere else, preferably not any sonic in town, they all suck

Sorry if this sounds entitled, but this was what I and the person driving me had to put up with, tonight. Went to this location on 4/15/2022 at around 8:45pm and didn't leave until almost 9:30pm. The staff there are slow in taking orders, or just flat out refuse to, I'm not sure. We pulled up to the drive thru, the lady said to order when we were ready, so when I figured out what I wanted, we tried to let her know we were ready, and we didn't get a response.
For the next 10 minutes we attempted to let her know we were ready to order about four to five times. Again, no response. So we pulled up to one of the kiosks and pressed the button. No response. We waited another 10 minutes or so for someone to take our order, and we ended up having to press the button again after. wait for it, NO RESPONSE. So we had to drive to another kiosk, and finally someone took our order.
This ain't acceptable. When we got in, there were only a few customers in line, and yet those that pulled up after us had their orders taken, and decided to forget about us. The employees at this Sonic location REALLY need to not overlook customers. This was ridiculous. Not returning to this location anytime in the near future.

This is the absolute worst Sonic there is. They consistently forget stuff, always take forever, the food is almost always cold, regularly close early, and they turn their lights off early to deter customers. The closing manager literally told my husband that one night. I don't usually go out of my way to leave negative reviews or even contact corporate on chains, but I have for this particular location.
It's so close to my house and that's the only reason I randomly try going hoping it will be better. Never again. Honestly, they'd be better off closing this location and distributing staff to other stores in need.

Yikes. DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely terrible. At 7:30 pm I ordered on the sonic app to do pick up for 7:45. I get there and I let the app know what stall I'm at. The stall then lights up and says my food is being prepared. I wait 20 minutes, which is odd because usually the foods ready right away. The stall says my food is done, but no one comes out with my food.
So I hit the button to talk with staff and I am rudely told by an employee that they are closed because they are short staffed. I then explain that I already paid on the app and they tell me it's not their problem and to call the app for a refund. Now I understand a place being short staffed. But they saw my car sitting out there for 20 min and didn't think to come out and tell me they were closed!? And then they are rude and snarky about it!? Just go to Dairy Queen own the street.

Ordered thru the app and waited for over 5 minutes even though I selected asap. This place is ridiculous. Ordered medium fries and look more like leftovers from previously cooked fries and cheddar tots. On top of them not having order ready and screen showing order is on it's way, took 20 minutes after I pressed button to ask for my food. Worst service ever

Garbage store. All the drinks were disgusting and either not mixed properly or missing syrup. They didn't want to make our fish sandwiches so we ended up having to get a burger. They also didn't make our onion rings and instead gave us another thing of jalapeno poppers. God only knows how old the fry oil is! Our fries had food particles in it! To top it off 3 employees weren't doing anything and the workers said they were no longer taking orders at 6:30 pm. I spent $45 for this pile of garbage. Over all won't be going back.

Do not come to this sonic anytime past 9:45PM. They will never serve you ice cream because the machine is always being cleaned during dinner time. They will also funnel you from the drive in spots to a drive through line with no one in it just to tell you that their machine is "broken" which makes absolutely no sense. This location has been a ghost town since I've moved here 5 weeks ago and now I understand why. Go to the 2302 S Academy location instead. They offer speedy service and always gave ice cream!

Waited 25 min through the drive through. No ice cream because they decided to clean the machine during dinner time. Completely messed my order up. The burgers were cold, and had to be the smallest double quarter pounder I've ever seen. The other burger wasn't even cooked all the way and had pink in it. I really like sonic but this had to be the worst experience I've had there by far. I have called the Corporate number and left a message on their website and no one still has gotten back to me. It's been 4 days now.

Don't go here! They are extremely slow and can't get an order right even when using the order ahead app. I ordered a double burger and got a cold disgusting burger with chilis on it, I almost puked when I tried to eat it. We ended up throwing out almost everything we ordered, what a way to waste $26. Inedible is the only word that comes to mind. Once again DO NOT GO HERE! Literally any other eating establishment would be better.
