Services
All of our own alarms are guaranteed for the first year following installation. That includes all parts and labour charges as a result of faulty equipment or workmanship. There is also the option to extend the guarantee annually for up to 5 years+. Yes, they can include fixed or portable panic buttons, which are invaluable if there is an intruder in the house.
Crime in the area is on the rise, we often check the statistics on the GMP website to keep our 5 Star Alarms and 5 Star Blinds customers up to date with the crimes in the area. We have been reading a lot in the press and social media recently about crimes in the area, the effect this has had on the local residents has meant we have been receiving a large volume of calls from both new and existing customers of 5 Star Alarms wanting to update an existing system or fit a new wireless alarm system to protect their home and there families.

Will not be recommending 5 star alarms. Fobs not covered under service or warranty. Had a service before going on holiday. Used fob twice since being home. Guy came out told me it works intermittently and I can use panel. He phoned the office as I wasn't happy and they saying it my fault. Not good customer service or customer focused.

Had my alarm fitted today and I'm delighted with the result. The girls in the office were very helpful and straightforward, and my job was booked fast. By far the most reasonably priced alarm fitters out there, without question. The engineers did a fab job - nice, neat and tidy, no fuss. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! The people on the phone were lovely. They were very prompt at coming out too. I had a last minute appointment & the guys came early so that I could make it. They were fast, professional & friendly. They made sure I knew how to use it before they left. The alarm works great & I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend. Couldn't have asked for better.

Got the alarm installed a while ago, not only they had the best price in the area but I thought they were very professional. When the engineer came to give us the quote he called me from his mobile so I kept his number, I think he is called Rick. I kept calling him for whatever reason regarding the installation and the functionality of the alarm. He finally told he wasn't the guy instructed to do the installation nonetheless I was impressed by his professionalism. I would definitely trust them for another job.
