Had my garage door fitted in October 2021, fault reported straight away, Now March 2022 and even though spoken to Steve, Jason, Warren, Gemma and Cheryl, nothing is happening to rectify the faulty roller shutter despite numerous phone calls and promises. They will take your money and leave you feeling ripped off. Try just don't care.

I needed a new garage door and they came and listened to my requirement and gave me clear advise and explained the options as to what choice I could have. Whilst they were not the lowest quote in S-O-T I felt they were the most confident. They followed up the quote once I chose the door I wanted with a visit by the fitter whom wanted to do a final site survey so he could ensure there were no additional aspects he needed to be aware off.
The agreed date was able to be brought forward which was a pleasant addition. The fitment was done in about 3.5 hrs with all refuse taken away and the site cleaned up and its operation explained. I highly recommend this company as I cannot fault the quality of the SeceuroGlide SWS door they fitted or the installation that was done in a very professional manner to a high standard. I would like to say I would be a returning customer but ive only one garage so the next best is to share my experience with them. Highly recommended A+++

Would like to say what professional service from start to finish. From the moment the garage door was measured, to the fitting, the guys were amazing. The door was fitted in no time with a expertise, all features explained to ourselves and when they left no mess whatsoever. New Roller Garage Door. It matches my front door perfectly. From the first contact with Simon, the quotation from Jason, the survey by Robert the Company have been a delight to work with. I cannot speak too highly of Warren who fitted the door. He was very assured, organised and tidied up as he went. Delighted with the appearance and the finish. I ordered the door on 19 November and fitted on 16 December. Would recommend.

I'm really pleased with Steve and his team at UKSS. They fitted two garage doors for me within a few weeks of ordering and I'm delighted with job. The quality of the doors is excellent, the fitters were great and I can't fault their workmanship. I would certainly use UKSS again and I can highly recommend this company - great job Steve!
