I enquired about a product and was given a price over an email. (Please see email below) I decided to accept the quote and was told I either pay over the phone and pay a 3% fee or I could go online and make a bacs payment, I went online and paid the 311.01 and was then told I was 59.68 short! I queried where I was short and they explained the prices I had been given were not including vat even though they never stated that on the original email!
I tried to complain and esculate the matter but they were very unhelpful and uninterested. It took weeks without any resolve so in the end I paid the outstanding balance and the job ended up costing me money as I had to further discount the customer due to the delay in receiving the goods. Very disappointed to say the least and I will definitely not be using this company again! EMAIL FROM RAYTEL --- As per our conversation, the replacement for the 6307 is 6020 Monitor 249.66 6201 Handset 29.76 6153 Vol/Adj Module 14.35 6145 Back plate 4.64 Carriage 10.50 plus VAT Currently in stock
