As part of an apartment block we had to have an overhaul of our intercom system, so all owners must split the bill. When it came to us, to fit our handset - Priceguard said if they charged us direct it would be 60 (CASH ONLY) and if we went through the agency it would be 150 for the same job. Yet the management agency operates on us/the owners behalf, and us/the owners are the ones that pay anyway. It seems an unusual way to conduct business and a highly unreasonable markup to liaise via our appointed management agency.
