Fantastic service from Craig at BSecure Locksmiths of Stamford. He quickly responded to my enquiry and arrived on time the following morning. Craig fitted a new lock to our front door, and also fixed a fault that he spotted with the door. He made sure that everything was working well and was able to cut additional keys which saved me from having to source these. Overall, incredibly pleased with the quality of work, Craig's professional and friendly approach, really reasonable invoice and would certainly recommend him.

Very knowledgeable on the phone when listening to me describe the issue. Gave estimates on prices over the phone that were very good value. Craig is a great guy and showed up a few hours after calling and fixed the issue really quickly despite it being a bit of a weird issue. Great value, great company. Highly recommend.

Craig came out within two or three hours of me telephoning to say I had a problem with a euro lock. It was indeed a problem and a less experienced locksmith would not have persevered for such a long time to remedy the issue. I feel confident I now have a door lock that works much better than ever did originally. I was impressed with the service.
