Great Job! Guy is a legend. Highly recommendable. He arrived very quickly. Super knowledgable, and polite. He was suppose to come just for the front doorlock change but we asked him if he could have a look on the rear door and some windows and he was happy to check it eventhough we said it was just a front door lock change when we calles him. We ended changing the rear door and two windows locks as well because he told us our locks were 0 grade security and were not valid for home insurance and he showed us how easy is to brake a lock, took 3 seconds to open! We were shocked! We decided to change it to he highest security grade and he gives us the paperwork and guaranty for your home insurance.

We locked ourselves out of our house and Max responded very quickly. He resolved the issue (as well as explaining about the lock) very quickly, and was very friendly as well- it was like meeting a friend. His customer service is great and so is his service, and his prices too! Hopefully won't get locked out again but if we do we'll know who to call :)

Great services from Max. I called him about a faulty lock and he came out within 10 minutes. He explained in great detail what the issue was with the locking mechanism. He sorted out the alignment of the door and replaced the lock and door handle it was good price too!
