Davide for SSS came to our home with Rui to look at our old alarm system and gave us very helpful advice on what we could have installed to replace it. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and we were pleased to see him return to instal our new system. There was a misunderstanding with alarm fobs ans this was rectified with a colleague of Davides, Reece who went the extra mile to deliver fobs to us that day. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, great job guys, thank you.

Davide & Hamish did a great job installing new alarm. Very friendly and discussed various options with us on the set-up, sharing their experience to help decide on final approach. Updated. The alarm is still going strong and is / has been incredibly reliable. We've had it serviced each year along with other works like new security lights, cameras and upgraded PIRs. The team at Safe Simple Secure have proven to be knowledgeable, reliable and professional. Highly recommended. Matt of Safe Simple Secure provided us with a competitive quotation but it was the advice and service that really stood out. Matt listened to all of our needs and we now have a fully flexible alarm system installed that we are completely happy with. We recently had an alarm system fitted in our home by Safe Simple Secure. We needed one quite quickly and Matt came out the same day to give us a quote. He was very helpful and took plenty of time to give advice on what was the best system for our house. The alarm was fitted by David and Hamish who both did a great job and were also very helpful. The alarm system is excellent and very easy to use.

I had a security camera installed outside my house. I'd really recommend safe simple secure. Very helpful and professional throughout from Matt coming out to inspect and going through all the options to Davide and Sean doing the installation. They were really friendly and accommodated requests wherever they could. Couldn't have asked for better service.

We got in touch with SSS to do a takeover on our alarm system along with some other bits & bobs. Amy was very responsive and helpful with her replies and managed to get us a short-notice appointment. The engineers were really helpful and knowledgeable during their visit and couldn't do enough to help. Great first impressions!

Must say Martin was great, saying late to get things sorted for us and showing us how to set the Alarm in full as we moved in to the house in October last year and this was the first time we could be there for someone to service the house Alarm system that was in the house when we got it on the service from the office to the engineer Martin, I would strongly recommend this company and their team. I contacted Safe Simple Secure for an entry system installation quote for the building of my tenement flat in Edinburgh over 2 years ago. From day 1, they were responsive and really helpful. I requested repeat quotes over the 2 years as my building were agreeing on the work and every time Safe Simple Secure were very quick to respond and helpful. They also came out to check something while they were in the area at no charge so went above and beyond. Entry system now installed, all working great. Couldn't recommend more.

I would highly recommend Safe, Simple, Secure. They installed a security system upgrade to our home and we now have significantly enhanced features to our alarm system. This was handled very professionally from the original point of contact through to completion of installation. All email correspondence is replied to in a very prompt and timely manner.
Another nice touch is receiving a text message confirming system engineer name and that they are on their way. Excellent customer service throughout, with great attention to detail. Fantastic Job!.

Excellent company. We had a problem with the Cisa lock on our front door and Amy from Safe Simple Secure was very helpful in arranging a prompt repair for us. The engineer who then reviewed the fault (Michael) was very thorough in resolving the issue and putting safeguards in place to help avoid the same issue from reoccurring. Michael was also a pleasure to interact with - taking the time to explain exactly what he had done and answering my (many) questions in very helpful detail. Hands down a great experience.

Having never had a security system installed before, we were initially uncertain as to which company to choose. We need not have worried. The whole team at Safe Simple Secure provided us with an excellent and professional service from start to finish. At the initial site survey, Matt helpfully and professionally answered all our questions in detail and offered viable solutions. Ewan skilfully installed our security system to a very high standard.
