Recently had a new security system installed, and I got exactly what I wanted and more. I feel extremely secure knowing that a top-notch system has been installed. Wes is clear and professional, capable of resolving any security issues. Highly recommended, and I will certainly use Wes again.

We had an upgraded alarm system installed by Wesley recently. He did an excellent job - he was polite, hard working and patient in showing how the new system worked. Would highly recommend.

Great job from Wes, turned up on time, fitted the system exactly how l'd asked. Very clean and tidy, cleaned up like he'd never been. Showed me exactly how the alarm worked, explained everything in layman's terms. Very, very easy to use system from Orisec. From the moment I contacted Wesley he has been excellent. Fantastic communication and speedy response to my twenty questions! Very competitive quote and was able to fit me in for an alarm installation within a few weeks. Fantastic service on the day. Took out old wiring in order to install wireless system and made good any wall damage (asked if I had existing paint to touch up but getting decorated so didn't matter to me).

Very tidy and cleaned up any mess, taking away any packaging and old alarm panel/outside box. Spent time programming zones for me and testing the system before going through both the panel and app to check we knew how to work it. Appears to have great after service in place too but hopefully there will be no problems. Would highly recommend this company and am more than happy for Wesley to give my details out to prospective customers in the future. Thanks very much - 5 stars *****

We had Lookout Fire & Security update our CCTV cameras and we are absolutely delighted with the service we received. We had Wes here from lookout for four solid days. From the beginning he was great, really responsive, polite and professional. He listened to what we wanted and then supplying us with exactly what we needed. CCTV cameras around our new property, hard drive in the loft, really neat with no wires showing. Front door bell camera and a monitor in our kitchen as requested.

He also carried out other electrical work as requested. Also extremely tidy, brushed and hoovered up after himself. The price was great, but to be fair I'd happily pay double as the workmanship is that good. I would 100% recommend Wes @ Lookout, for any security, fire alarm or electrical services. Having looked online for CCTV and looking at reviews and pictures of Lookouts work it looked neat and professional. When I asked for a quote it came all letter headed and broken down as to what we had discussed (which I found very professional) better than just getting a figure and in a message through social media. On the day of installation Wes was on time and with copious amount of equipment to complete the job. Completed the job to a high standard explaining everything to me and showing me how everything works, coming across a few problems on my part Wes sorted this out to ensure his job was completed correctly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend and very pleasant with passion for his work. Thanks Wes

Lookout security did our outdoor lighting in our garden, the service was outstanding. My mum is really fussy with wires and doesn’t like any showing but the guy managed to hide all the wires and it looks so good. 100% recommend and we will be using lookout security again in the future.
