John was great, i messaged him on the weekend re a non urgent problem with my patio doors and he came round the next working day. He was able to fix the problem in no time at all, replacing all the inside locking of the patio door. He left no mess as he tidied up and took the old parts with him to discard of. Called early as the door stopped locking! I have a 5 month old son so it was a security concern for us. John was understanding and luckily was very nearby! Within 15 mins he was at the door fixing it. Repaired good as new and very reasonable cost. You can't put a price on piece of mind and John certainly helped us when we needed it. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Sure Locks. I phoned this morning with a back door that wouldn’t lock! And by 4pm they’d been to look at it, then went to get a part and back to fix it. I also asked them to take a look at the front door that was catching when opening and closing and they fixed that too (free of charge!)
Would absolutely recommend Sure Locks, they’re fab!

I’ve used Sure Locks twice now and have been impressed with their service each time: once to repair a problem lock on our kitchen door and then again to provide some duplicate Ultion keys.
