We've had a spare door that has been locked closed for a while but finally thought to get it sorted. After finding Andy and emailing the query he responded within 30 minutes and came out the day after as planned. It turned out to be more complicated than first thought and required a couple of visits for poor Andy! He contacted me each time however, and arrived at the time we arranged. He was always polite and efficient and I think amazing value for money. We'll definitely be keeping Andy's number for the future! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Andy was professional, efficient, and friendly. His prices were between 10-15% lower than the other quotes I got, the quality of his work seems to be very good, he didn't leave any rubbish, and he was responsive and flexible when it came to booking in. He wore a mask throughout and also took his shoes off, both without me having to ask. It's not often you get to rave about a tradesperson but he really deserves it. Thank you.

I messaged Lemon Locksmith through the checkatrade website and he pretty much responded within half an hour. My front door was stuck in the locked position and after many years had worn so that it could not be opened by the keys. I asked them to come and remove the lock and replace with a more secure version. He quoted me a price and a time to come and stuck to both and when he arrive he was friendly, efficient, explained and showed me the replacement lock and the work completed is impeccable.
I am always dubious about looking for tradesmen online but he has gone a long way to changing that opinion. Thanks for the work and I am sure if I have any other lock issues in the future then I will certainly be calling Andy and Lemon Locksmiths.

I used Andy as he was the first locksmith I phoned that actually answered the phone. Always helps! He was very professional and helpful on the phone and came to fix my door the same day. There was a problem with the mechanism which he sorted. He stuck to the price we agreed despite the job taking longer and requiring different parts than he anticipated. Recommended.

Andy was brilliant. He arrived within the time frame he gave us and called beforehand to make sure we were still available. Very professional & honest. The locking mechanism Andy fitted first was not up to his standards. He made us aware of this and came back the next day to refit a new one. I would highly recommend Andy and I will use his services again if I need to.
