Needed a locksmith after losing my house keys leaving me and the children locked out of the house. Andy was great. Came out the same day and at the time I needed also. Professional and a great price. Outstanding service very quick and friendly couldn't do enough for you, sourced and fitted new external door locking mechanism which had broken on me. Andy made time to come and see me the same day even though I called late afternoon. Would definitely recommend and I won't be going anywhere else for any window or door repairs/instals.

Andy was an excellent support for me moving into my new home, he supported on the day of the move putting new temporary locks on whilst we ordered the more robust locks that we agreed would be best. He was back a couple of days later to fit these and I am very pleased with them, he also repaired some previous damage which was much appreciated, his communication was first class at every stage I knew what was happening. Called Andy to help with a new build front door which was out of warranty, but the hinge had snapped. He came out exactly when he said he would, ordered parts, returned when he said he would and sorted it all out. As well as fixing some windows at the same time and upgrading our locks. And above all: a really nice bloke at the same time.

I contacted Andy at Highline Services to help with a door that would not lock. We discussed the issue over the phone first of all & he gave me an indication of the cost which I really appreciated in order to make a decision. Having decided to proceed, he came out same day & did a great job to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. Very quick & efficient service - I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

Andy has been excellent to work with. He came and measured up and gave quotes for work on the day I rang him. Our glass was ready within 2 weeks and he came and fitted as soon as he had it available. We called Highline Services to assess the seal on our French doors following a surveyor's assessment. Andy came that morning and provided us with a condition report the same day free of charge. Andy came when he said he would, explained the various options and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Kept me fully informed while the replacement units were being made. He installed them when he said he would, charged what he quoted and did a very professional job with no mess or disruption. I would have no hesitation on calling on Andy's expertise again.

I would like to praise Highline Services for the professional manner in which they changed the locks on our house. We had an initial consultation about what we wanted and everything I asked for was duly noted and enacted upon when they came to do the job. Couldn’t Lock my front door the other day and secure my home, and with my family inside was a concern for me and our safety. Outstanding service. Our front door lock broke with the key stuck in the door and no way of locking the door or removing the key. I phoned Andrew but he was away on holiday. He went out of his way to arrange for the lock to be replaced and he had somebody at the property within the hour to fit a new lock at a very competitive price.
