Our locksmith Gary came to replace our locks for our new property. He was friendly, polite and did a brilliant job and fully explained everything he'd done. Once he'd finished and left we found an issue with our patio door lock. Gary returned later in the day, free of charge and tried to fix the issue. On this occassion he couldn't but recommended someone who could fix the door who did come the following day once contacted. Gary insisted he take no payment for this call out. I would 100% recommend this company & especially Gary to everyone.

Six stars out of five. Craig could fix any lock blindfolded and with both hands tied behind his back. He can identify any lock, even if you send him the lowest quality photograph. Very friendly and professional. I moved to a new house and I wanted to change all the old locks on the completion day, but I didn't know the exact time I would take the keys. When I got the keys, I only got 1 instead of 4. Craig responded very quickly and managed to be there right after I got the key. I rarely write reviews but felt AA locksmiths deserve a mention. My back door lock broke yesterday. I managed to get it temporarily locked by another company but wanted further advice on how to fix it properly so I contacted Craig at AA. He was able to fix my lock properly giving good advice on what was actually wrong with the lock. The gear box was broken which he quickly sorted out with a replacement. He was friendly and made me feel at ease and confident he was doing a good job. His costs are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him.

Got locked out my house Saturday morning! Rang AA lock and key and Craig was with me within 5-10 mins. Such a lovely man, who provided quick, reliable service!
