Called on a Sunday after being unable to lock the front door. I spoke to the owner who was very polite and friendly. 30 minutes later the locksmith, Janko, arrived, quoted me a very reasonable price and another 30 minutes later he had fixed the lock and re-alligned the door. He was a pleasure to deal with and the whole service was brilliant. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Could have saved myself a lot of headache by coming here first! I made the mistake of using another local locksmith who jacked up the price, used poor quality equipment (i.e., a generic lock that didn't match the external shield) and to add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me 145 for a second visit to finish the mess they started after charing 264 for the initial entrance. Unforeunately, I figured out I was being conned halfway through an exceptionally bad deal, and then got in contact with Berkshire Expert Locksmiths to fix the damage caused by the previous company. Berkshire Expert Locksmiths are fabulous. Communications were transparent, professional and prompt.
Service was speedy, affordable and top quality. Will recommend to all of my neighnours! Don't make the same mistake I did by doing business with Economy Locks who cannot be trusted whatsoever - use this company instead.

We were locked into our first floor flat when the mortice lock failed. Berkshire Expert Locksmiths arrived at exactly the time they said they would and rescued us within minutes. The engineer was very professional and pleasant to deal with and had our lock changed and working within 15 minutes. I cannot recommend them enough, fantastic service!

I needed new keys for my house and he was able to come right away to fix it. He was also able to fix another lock where the deadbolt was misaligned. And while I was sorting out the payment, he also fixed an issue in the bathroom. I was very happy with the service provided and would definitely use this company again. Alex came within given time. Expert in locksmiths. I was very disappointed with economy lock Raj he just made money and work for money but expert locksmith are expert super friendly and give you 1 year warranty. Economy lock Raj did not even gave me 1 hr warranty. I m very happy with expert locksmith worth to use them. Super fast excellent job done.
