I can't recommend these guy's enough, great products at great prices, especially the SPRO range. Omair really went out his way to get my order to me on a next day delivery (and point out a few items I'd missed which saved me having to re-order ). The items arrived well packaged the following day, thanks again Tronic Extreme, will definitely use again.

Outstanding service! I placed a next day delivery before 10:30 order, but missed the courier cut off by minutes. However, I was called to let me know of the issue and advised that if they could use the courier of a neighbouring company, they'd send out the item. I accepted that this might not be possible, but was pleasantly surprised to receive the well packaged transformer at 09:55 the following morning. They definitely went above and beyond for an item that only cost 12, so would highly recommend. Many thanks!

Excellent service received. I contacted Tronix extreme with the desire to install a home CCTV system, Omair guided me through selecting the right system for my property, designed around the key tasks I wanted the system to provide. His experience meant I was able to get a system that works excellently and does everything I want and more. When I encountered an issue, he was always on hand to lend technical support, and when one camera went U/S the returns/replacement was completed without any issues. All I all I recommend this company to anyone who wants to install a home CCTV system, you won't be disappointed.

Really impressed. Another supplier let us down and Tronic Extreme were great and, despite it being 4.30 on a Friday, organised next day delivery before 9am for a Saturday. They then did something similar with a printer we urgently needed a few days later! Friendly and helpful, would use them every time.

This is the first time I have used Tronic extreme. I was recommended by a friend. Me and my wife required cctv and they went through everything from A to Z. The staff were really helpful and explained everything. Can not possibly praise them enough. The product they have are high quality and reasonable price with 3 years warranty where other manufacture only provides standard 1 year warranty. Omair said any fault occur bring it back for a swap no question asked. That's what I call Good customer service. That's why on Google review they have Top 5 star. I would like to say thankyou very much for your help and keep up the good work.

Service was absolutely diabolical, I placed an order 4 Weeks ago for BNC right angle adaptors. Every week I asked I hadn't received the goods. And every week I got the same old rubbish! ".Sorry to hear you haven't had the good we sent them out 1st class" ".oh, I will check with the warehouse (the back bedroom) in the morning and get back to. you!" "sorry to hear you still haven't had the goods, we sent them 1st class donkey express" "let me pull up you file!" in the end it was costing more in time asking the twit to send the stuff, it was cheaper to buy them elsewhere! Never, never, never again!

We placed an order the other day with a different email address, and i get a phone call from Omar (who i haven't spoken to in easily a year) telling me that the hardware I ordered wasn't the one I usually get and if it was an error.

What an absolute lad. That would have set us back at least a week and I'd have nobody to blame but myself. They've always taken care of us, and that level of care and detail is what's going to bring us back again and again. Much appreciated guys

Went to their unit for advice on a cctv system nothing was too much trouble to explain so I went ahead and bought a complete system that they set up for me including setting up the app on my mobile. Many thanks.
