Brilliant fast and efficient service. Steve came to our rescue within 10 minutes of calling after being locked out of our house and waiting over an hour for someone else we had called. He reasured us that he would gain access for us after the dead lock on our door had jammed. Can't thank him enough, what a great service.

A few days ago I was driving the narrow roads between Horam and Herstmonceux and had to pull into a slight ditch to let another car past, causing my car to get stuck in the mud. I couldn't shift it on my own, but was really lucky that two blokes in an Altkey van (Reg# ending FRK) happened to pass and helped push my car out of the mud. Really grateful to them and please pass on my thanks. Didn't actually use Altkey's services, but based on them taking the time to help and these reviews, I will certainly use them if I ever need a locksmith. Cheers!

I called Steve the day before we were scheduled to complete on a house to enquire about getting the locks changed. He kindly fit me in the next day and changed all of the locks at my new house. He also fixed a lock that was broken. He was very friendly and did great work. I was impressed with his service and would highly recommend him.

We were strangers to the area and to our hire vehicle which we managed to lock ourselves out of. However we were so lucky to somehow connect to Steve. He was absolutely great. Very efficient service. Steve went out of his way to fit us in as our front door lock had broken. He arrived on time, communicated well and gave some great advice on locking the door correctly.
