I would happily recommend ControlFreq based on my experience. After a spider and a slug both managed to kill my first gate controller (and themselves in the process!), it was time to upgrade to a newer model and Noel suggested the Fusion1K GSM intercom. When it arrived I could see why - it's as solid as a rock with great options. I am happy fiddling with wires and Noel assured me I could fit it myself.

Typically nothing is ever straight forward, but after guidance from Noel (very quick to respond as always) I was able to track my problem down to a lose connection of mine, and after that it was plain sailing all the way. This is a great product, and the management interface is so simple to use. If you are thinking about buying from ControlFreq then do it with confidence, and if you are in doubt then I am sure they would welcome a call so they can talk things through with you.

Brilliant product, I have owned and continuously used my CFQ100 for 7 years now, I called today because I feared it had finally given up but no. it was a faulty SIM card, nothing to do with my trusty ControlFreq! As when I first set it up all those years ago, the phone support was excellent and diagnosed within minutes. Can not recommend this company or their products highly enough. British electronics at its best!

Noel at CF is always immediately available to help with tech issues and knows the solutions. He really knows his product. Every product has issues from time to time, in my case it's Usually my ignorance but Noel is always immediately there to solve my frustrations. I can't recommend ControlFreqUK more, if only all customer service was like this, Keep it up Noel, what goes round comes round! Nick

I have bought a few different units from Noel at Control Freq. Always quality goods and great communication and tech support.

I have a unit installed at my home and for some reason our sim card was blocked (our fault). We tried to contact the company who installed the unit but they bluntly said no, because of Covid 19 they cannot do anything to help us. Our intercom was not working and all our deliveries were going back. After a month of struggle I managed to find the unit name and the manufacturer and contacted them directly over the phone. Noel very politely answered the phone and guided me through the whole process of replacing the SIM card and also how to configure the unit as per my needs.

He emailed me later with all the instructions, I had few queries and replied me back very promptly. Finally I have now managed to configure it and it is now working. I cannot recommend Controlfreq and Noel enough.

Recently purchased a number of temperature sensors for some critical rooms and the support provided to set up and configure was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for better, the help and guidance from Noel was first class.
