Great service from Steve! I was struggling to get spare keys for my BMW Oris detachable towbar as no one could identify the blank that was needed. Steve looked at the key, tried a few blanks until he found one that fitted the tow ball (an HEL 1), and then cut three keys for me that worked first time. Going back later in the week for some spares for my ALKO Secure caravan axle lock and I am confident they will work just as well.

Had a problem with my French doors came out within a couple of hours unfortunately I needed a whole new mechanism which needed to be ordered but made good for another night (really didn't want me to be left with it as it was but was only going to be another night ).came out next day and fitted. Door would not open from inside or outside. Called Dunstable lock and safe first thing in the morning and Andrew came out the same day. Courtesy call to say he was running late. Diagnosed the problem straight away and fixed the lock. Very quick and efficient service. Will use again.

Unfortunately my dog managed to grab the key in the front door and locked me out. I was also due to take my father in law to hospital in about an hour and a half. One call and they came straight out to help. My dog tried to make it as hard as possible but we got in quite quickly. Very helpful and professional.

Our front door lock failed essentially locking us in our flat. Dunstable Lock & Safe diagnosed possibilities over the phone and warned us of the possible costs in each scenario. Andrew arrived at the allotted time and the whole job took less than half an hour. He was polite, professional, and wore his mask throughout. He also took time to explain what had happened showing me the faulty part.

Amazing service. I called at 4pm on Christmas Eve as my my mum and dad were locked out of their house. Dad recently had a stroke and mum recently had heart surgery. I was so worried about them sat in their garage. Despite the fact they were about to close they called in a favour and got someone there within half an hour. A huge thank you to Steve for helping me out finding a replacement cylinder lock and then cutting 34 keys. I was under a huge amount of pressure to complete a job and Steve saved the day.
