A really expert shop with staff who not only obviously love their job but also really care about customer service. We have used them a number of times for house locks as well as car keys. I just bought a small key safe for a relative recently and they couldn't be more helpful.

Our patio door annoying jammed locked shut. We called Drummonds and they arranged to come out at convenient time the next day. Jay arrived promptly, saw the problem and clearly explained the price before starting any work. He had the right replacement part in his van and so with my go ahead, fixed it there and then, quickly & efficiently with good humour and no fuss.

Broken keyfob, couldn't start car : Called them and he turned up in a few hours and fixed key onsite. Legend - Lifesaver. Great price too. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and very professional. Had to get some keys cut for property abroad and the service was 10 out of 10. The keys fit, no problem and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again.

After finding that my elderly mother had locked herself out in North London, I initially called Drummond Security for some advice. However, after forwarding a few photos to Jamie as requested, he was very quickly able to make an assessment and said he could attend after finalising another call out. 30 minutes (!) later he arrived and had the door open within a minute.

No damage, no drama and no demands for extortionate up-front fees. Payment for this was made by card and the fee was extremely reasonable. Exceptional service and knowledge and thoroughly recommend. Don't risk using anyone else.

Excellent service and the guys are friendly and knowledgable. Jay gave us a very reasonable quote for child-proofing our home with various locks on the front door and windows and new locks on some of our doors and carried out all the work quickly and efficiently. He was always completely professional and a pleasure to deal with - can't recommend them highly enough.
