Am so impressed with the service Daniel has provided - from my initial chat to him two days ago, him updating me with a phonecall, to him personally dropping a couple of replacement keys for a cupboard through our door last night. Visited the Boorer Lock & Safe Co. in the Folly Market. Explained the problem with our front door lock. Locksmith arrived on the dot next day as arranged. After stripping the unit down & discovering the fault Dan promised to find a replacement unit ASAP. This he did and returned to fit. Much to our amazement Dan treated his first visit as a survey & didn't charge.

After fitting new unit Dan carried out extensive checks. The total cost including parts was extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with the end result and the first class service. Highly recommended.
